We have a 24h cancellation policy, after which we charge 50% of the cost of services.

We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Additionally, a surplus charge may occur if other clients need to be rescheduled to accommodate you.
San Francisco, and Union Square, experience heavy traffic. We are not responsible for delays. If you are coming from outside the city we highly recommend taking BART or MUNI, especially during traffic hours or on Saturdays.
You have 2 weeks* from the time of your service to request a correction. Note that a correction is intended for fine-tuning. A request for a new look is not considered a redo.

Packaged services are to be redeemed by one recipient, and there are no service substitutions.

For parties of 3 or more, and for packages:
A 10% discount is available (not applicable to bridal package).
