Appointment confirmation
Confirmation calls and emails are offered 48h in advance of an appointment. The following services are confirmed 7 days in advance:
- Creative Color
- Color Correction
- Extensions
- Full Bleach
- Keratin Treatments
Cancellations
We have a 24h cancellation policy, after which we charge 50% if the costs of the service. The cancellation policy for the following services if 7 days:
- Creative Color
- Color Correction
- Extensions
- Full Bleach
- Keratin Treatments
Deposits
The following services require a deposit to secure your booking, deposit is 50% of the estimated cost of service:
- Creative Color
- Color Correction
- Extensions
- Full Bleach
- Keratin Treatments
Tardiness
We cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Additionally, a surplus charge may occur if other clientes need to be rescheduled to accommodate you. San Francisco and Union Square experience heavy traffic. If you are coming from outside the city we highly recommend taking public transportations.
Consultation
A brief consultation is included with every service. We encourage our service providers to discuss any pricing changes during this time. We also encourage guests to discuss any concerns or questions that they have, including the cost of the service.
Some services require a free consultation before they can be booked. These may include:
- Bridal Services
- Creative Color
- Color Correction
- Extensions
- Full Bleach
- Keratin Treatments
Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to schedule the service.
Redo
You have 2 weeks from the time of your service to request a correction. Note that a correction is intended for fine-tuning. A request for a new look is not considered a redo.
Refunds
There is a maximum 75% refund for any service, regardless of outcome.
